The measurement from my Omron blood pressure meter does not appear in the cVitals app. How can I fix this?

Check whether the blood pressure meter has been linked to the app. Click on the radar icon at the top right of the app. Click on "Devices." Check whether the blood pressure meter is listed under "My Devices" or under "Add device."

To link the blood pressure meter (or to link it again):

  1. Click on the image of the blood pressure meter
  2. Click the button with the clock at the right side of the blood pressure meter (see image)
  3. Click on "I completed the steps"

The problem may also be that the blood pressure meter does not have a time or date. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
